JWords' (Jennifer Hernandez) dancepackvol.2 comes on the heels of her debut album Sin Senal, out on Suzi Analogue's Never Normal Worldwide, as well as an appearance on the last two New York Dance Music compilations (Towhead Records). Constructed largely on an OP-Z at her home in Union City, these three tracks reveal the producer pushing into new territories of sample and bass music. To JWords, the record is about music as solace, an oasis that hums away from "our current situation, a way to remind people to have fun as well as fight for freedom; not to forget about our joy."

The work on the official fifteen.pm release began in pre-Covid times, when the producer came over and we used a Kinect to scan a 3d-rendering of her likeness. The outcome evokes Nefertiti in a JWords t-shirt, materializing and disintegrating into being.
